The wig is nice, it's soft, and has pretty waves, but it's too thin for me. The color wasn't what I expected - no surprise when you order online with anything. It arrived within the usual time frame. The only downside is no return

This wig was not at all the color it was portrayed to be.  I was told it would be med. brown with light blonde streaks.  When it came it was dark brown (almost black) with auburn streaks.  So it was totally not usable and they would not take it back.  Just a waste of money.

I have had really good experience with the wigs I have purchased from you. However in talking with a customer rep today I felt he was very abrupt.  Though he said he did not kow the answer to my question which is understandable he did not have to come off rude.  And hanging up and not saying good bye, thank you for your service or anything to that affect is rude.
