I ordered number 4 because I wore it in the past , but the color this time was really light and the hair did not look good at all. I just tried it on for a few second and the hair still look as I get it. I emailed you to request an exchange as your policy on exchange stated within 7 days, But you sent me a cold short reply stating that you will Not exchange it based on hygiene???? Even at the store we try hair and exchange it . If the color is not as described online, the customer should not be victim of that. I shopped with you before and I had a good experience but this time I 'm not pleased. I'm willing to purchase another amora 1/30 , which should be closer to my color and you will help me in offering a good discount, the one a just got is brand new here in your box , I busted wasted money and there is not way I can wear it. When do you think you will have the color number 2 in stock? Thank you very much for giving us the opportunity to review your service.

Great Cut, need more hair in the front.

I think Milky Way is changing how they make their units. I first purchased this unit in 2011 and loved it. The one I bought this month has less hair in the front, which means you can see the lace. Beauty Shoppers is a great site - I ordered on a Monday and received in the mail on Wednesday, despite Sandy issues.
