I received my package within the time frame I was told however, when I received it, I was sooooooo disappointed. The wig that I have seen on youtube and even in my local beauty was very thick/coarse looking and feeling. The wig I received was full but the texture was not even more of a silky yaky. It did not match the texture of my hairline so it did not look believable when I tried it on. The wig I received also shed really bad. I thought maybe if I styled it differently or even cut it, I would like it. That was not the case at all. I wish I could have returned it but was not sure of the refund policy.
