I never liked to buy products online cause I can't see them or feel the quality of it. So I decided to call costumer service and place my order with them, when I called a not friendly lady was talking to me I ask about a couple wigs and it sound it like she didn't have time to answer my questions I ask for the length of the hair she said didn't know that I will have to look at it and guess how long it was, I wanted to buy 2 items but I had the feeling I wasn't gonna be satisfying with it and only ended up getting one

this hair is so gorgeous exactly what i was looking for....the texture and color fits me so perfectly...cant wait to show my girls...and the lace in the front is complete invisible......loves it
