Easy to wear. I trimmed it myself with no problem.  I still find using a little adhesive at the corners around the ear area works better.  It lays down perfectly in the front, but  the corners kinda flare up.  I use just a little mild daily adhesive at the corners around the ear section and it lays down much better.  I just take it off with a little alcohol in the evening with no problem.
