Returns & Exchanges
Shipping charges and wire transfer fees are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns or refunds. No returns or refunds after 7 days of delivery.
Synthetic and human hair, clippers and other blades, and costume jewelry:
ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.
Appliances and electronic equipments:
Contact the manufacturers directly to get warranty from them so that you can avoid any unwanted fees caused by return process, such as restocking fee and retuning shipping cost.
Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, defective and it is the only item on the order:
The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless We have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way.
Do not return any product until you have the RMA number:
To make an exchange or obtain a refund, email (info@beautyshoppers.com) us your request. All return requests must be accompanied by a written explanation of the reason for return. We will review your request and send you an RMA number and return address if approved.
