Return & Exchanges
Shipping charges are non-refundable. A 20% restocking fee will be applied to all returns for refund. No refunds after 14 days.
Synthetic and human hair, clipper and other blades, and costume jewelry:
ALL SALES FINAL, and cannot be returned for any reason.
Appliances and electronic equipments:
Contact the manufacturers directly to get warranty from them so that you can avoid any unwanted fees caused by return process, such as restocking fee and retuning shipping cost.
Shipping will be refunded only if the item was shipped incorrectly, defective and it is the only item on the order:
The original shipping and handling charges will not be credited back to your charge card unless We have made a mistake in sending the wrong item to you, or the item is defected in some way.
